THE ESSENCE OF THE BLEND

From the Morainic hills of Monterotondo to the steep slopes of Monticelli Brusati, Essence Rosé represents the culmination of the company’s winemaking experience that is applied to all production phases with distinct character.

This particular blend of rosé involves the use of Pinot Noir, with cold soaking to extract the aroma of the small fruit and white winemaking, and Chardonnay which gives complexity and finesse.

The bases involve selecting the first lots of pressed grapes equivalent to a yield of 45% made into wine in steel containers to safeguard the scented fragrance – the essential starting point for current, authentic style.

Antica Fratta’s Rosé just appears to proffer delicate notes and then transmits a tingling, intense tartness to the palate in a wine that is lasting and full of character.

Essence Rosé can be enjoyed with delicate shellfish, raw scampi and rich dishes with a lasting aroma.
