The security protocol provides the following:
Access to the cellar will be limited to small groups
At the entrance, the temperature will be measured: access will not be allowed if the temperature exceeds 37.5
At the entrance you will be asked to sign a self-certification form: access will not be allowed in cases where flu symptoms have been shown in the 15 days prior to the visit or if you have come into contact with people who have developed them or who have positive for COVID-19
Access to the cellar will be allowed only if equipped with a special mask, to be worn correctly for the duration of the visit
Suitable hand cleansing means will be made available at the entrance and during the tour
You will be asked to follow the instructions of the guide and to maintain, at all times of the visit, a minimum distance from the other participants of at least 2 meters
It is recommended not to leave the assigned station during the tasting
At this initial stage, access to children under the age of 6 will not be allowed. We are confident that we will be able to return very soon to welcome our little guests in the full protection of everyone. Our priority is to ensure your safety, which is why we are implementing a strict protocol, which can be changed at the end of the health emergency.
Finally, we remind you that animals are not allowed and that, given the temperature of the historic galleries (about 12ºC), it is advisable to wear comfortable and thermally suitable shoes and clothing.
