FRANCIACORTA BRUT MILLESIMATO

Scrivi Essence Brut e leggi essenza di Chardonnay. Solo le migliori partite, arricchite da piccole aggiunte di Pinot Nero vinificato in bianco. Tre anni di permanenza sui lieviti, alla ricerca del giusto grado di complessità che esalti eleganza e piacevolezza degli aromi fruttati e floreali che caratterizzano lo stile Antica Fratta, senza mai penalizzarne la bevibilità. Elegantissimo aperitivo, eclettico vino da pasto, raffinato “break” nella frenesia della vita.

Type of soil: Partly of moraine origin, loose, drained, with abundant skeleton.
Type of grapes: 90% chardonnay; 10% pinot noir.
Yield per hectare: 100 quintals per hectare, with a yield maximum allowed in must of 55%.
Vintage: 2014 vintage and therefore obtained from the skilful assemblage of the best grapes of that year; the use of pinot noir, vinified in white, helps to obtain a good body, without influencing the elegance of the prepon- derant chardonnay.
Harvest: Between the end of august and the beginning of september when the grapes have reached the correct sugar ripeness, but still have a con- siderable acidity and freshness.
Maturation: Over 42 months from harvesting, of which at least 36 on yeasts. After disgorgement, the bottles rest in the cellar for another 5-6 months.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Colour
: Ample and rather complex, with scents of ripe fruit.
Bouquet: Ample and rather complex, with scents of ripe fruit.
Flavour: Full and well articulated, fragrant, intense, balanced flavour and with good persistence.
Perlage: Very fine and persistent, creamy mousse.
Food pairing: Recommended for the whole meal, especially with entrées, flavoursome meat and fish dishes. Ideal with salami and cheese.
Serving temperature: 7° – 8° c.
